CURRIED SAUSAGES


 Ingredients :

- 1 kg Sausages

-5 cloves garlic

- 2 red onions

- 1 green apple 

- 2 carrots

- 2 tsp curry powder

- 5 tsp flour 

- 700 ml chicken stock 

- 200 gm frozen peas

- 1 tsp honey

- Salt and pepper 


Method :

1 . Add some oil to a pan on medium heat and add your Sausages .

2 . While they are cooking , diced the onions , carrots and apple .

3 . Check on the Sausages,  turning them once  they have browned on one side . Once they are completely cooked , remove from pan .

4 . Add the onions in the same pan with salt and curry powder and stir .

5 . Add the garlic and stir . Then add the stock .

6 . Cut up the Sausages and leave to the side .

7 . Add apple and peas to the curry mix , followed by your Sausages and some honey. 

8 . Serve with potatoe mash and enjoy ...!!
